What we keep, what we do not, and how to ask us to delete it

Email you send us

If you email [email protected], we get your address and whatever you write. We use it to reply. We do not add you to a list, and we do not sell it. If you want your email and its contents deleted, ask us and we will remove what we have, unless we are required to keep it for a legal reason.

Server logs kept for security

Our servers record basic request data such as IP address, time, page requested, and browser type. We keep these logs to spot abuse, block attacks, and keep the site running. We do not use them to build profiles. They roll off on a normal schedule and are not sold.

The catalog picker and your browser

The picker that filters the catalog stores your choices in your browser's localStorage. That data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers. Clearing your browser storage removes it. If you switch devices or browsers, the picker will not carry your choices over.

California, children, and asking us to delete

We do not sell personal information as that term is used under the CCPA. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. To ask about your data, including a deletion request, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to find the record.

If this policy changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Big shifts will get a note on the home page. If you keep using the site after an update, the new version applies. Questions go to [email protected].

Visit counts

This site loads Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are opened. A short notice on the site explains that. Google’s own policy covers that processing. We do not receive your name from it.
